Ayub Kato, the Managing Partner at Smiling Faces International (SFI) is a prolific, dynamic, motivating and result driven expert, who kicked off his career as a Security Guard at Sheraton Kampala Hotel Uganda however he has displayed great passion for service and hard work over the last 20 years as he progressed and rose up the ranks to attain General Manager with Marriot, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels management experience in the Hotels, Travel & Hospitality industry in the USA plus IT
